I don’t understand the questions.

If my conclusion was somehow unclear, I think the shot was justified. I think the driver was reckless for trying to peel out and leave like that. Seems like panic from suddenly realizing they were about to get detained though. (Or believing it, if ICE can’t actually detain them there; not sure how that works.)

Definite Darwin Award material

fact: she was there to agitate federal law enforcement.
fact: she was in fact impeding their operations.
fact: she ignored federal law enforcements commands
fact: she assaulted a federal law enforcement officer with her vehicle.

fact: she died for it.

there’s enough evidence at this point to support those facts. enough for me. FAFO.

yeah, I’d agree that as this point you’d think we’d have every single ICE agent running body cams to protect themselves from these violent leftists.

We’ll never know now, but from being friends with a lot of people that think like this, I am very confident she didn’t expect any real consequences for mouthing off to ICE, panicked when one agent walked up, and tried to flee without thinking any of this through. These people are typically extremely insulated from the consequences of their actions and they really do panic easily.

Obviously none of that matters from the outside when someone plainly hostile to you ignores your reasonable orders and peels out like that. Hence justified shot. I just think from my experience with these types that they probably really didn’t have ill intent.

I’d gather that dog has a higher IQ than a third of this board.

No but the “tried to flee” and “no ill intent” parts do I don’t get what you think you’re accomplishing by cropping out half the post.

Bottom line is that this is solid FAFO territory, shot seems justified to me, people are probably going to see what they’re looking to see out of the rest of it. I see a panicking idiot that put herself in an awful situation because she never faced real consequences for anything, and then put an innocent man just doing his job in an awful situation that led to her death. If you want to see some violent crazed attack then that’s your prerogative I guess, I can’t tell you with certainty she didn’t intend to hit him. I just know these types and think they have glaring deficits in situational awareness. This deficit unfortunately ended up being fatal.
