I remember as a kid in the 90’s, we had one maybe two kids who were big/obese. Now it seems to be the norm.

Only 28% of hospitalized pediatrics are obese? Actually thought it'd be much higher. I'm sure a fair amount of the no known issues having some unknown cardiac problem or respiratory problem.
