I like a good acoustic version of Silent Night in the right church.

And Oh Come, All Ye Faithful.

Vainly we offer each ample oblation
Vainly with gifts we His favor secure
Richer by far is the heart's adoration
Dearer to God are the prayers of the poor

Little Drummer Boy by the Mormon Tabernacle Choir

Kidding aside this version is the best:

I’m partial to Hosanna in the Highest. You know because what happens next.
Edit to add: Taste and see

I am the Bread of life. If you’ve ever done an ACTS retreat you know.

I was raised Baptist so:
How Great Thou Art. Carrie Underwood’s version.
Amazing Grace.
Here I am lord
Go tell it on the Mountain
Oh how I love Jesus. Alan Jackson
Power in the Blood. AJ

This time of year, O Come O Come Emanuel. The meaning behind it, seeking Christ’s return has always seemed so right.

Regina Caeli during the Easter season calling our Blessed Mother, Queen of Heaven as her son has overcome death.

The normal Kyrie from the Mass of the Angels is special.

On Eagles Wings is a classic that I love from when I was a kid.

My kids’ Catholic school sings the Anima Christi towards the end of every school Mass, and I tear up every time I hear it. Very powerful song.

The Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols at Cambridge always begins with “Once in Royal David’s City”.

So that one.

From the official Kings College Chapel Website Link

“A Festival of Nine Lessons and Carols is the Christmas Eve service held in King's College Chapel. The service was introduced in 1918 to bring a more imaginative approach to worship. It was first broadcast in 1928 and is now broadcast to millions of people.

The service includes readings from the Bible. The opening carol is always 'Once in Royal David's City', and there is always a new, specially commissioned carol. It is distinct from Carols from King's, which is a carol service pre-recorded for BBC television, also broadcast on Christmas Eve.”

Been there for rehearsals, never for the actual service on Christmas Eve.

That's a great one that hadn't crossed my mind. A few parishes around here sing that one after Eucharist
