But, was windy and a crowded port. Will be interesting to see if this is pilot error or it something mechanically failed.

If you look closely toward the end of the video there’s a harbor tug that appears behind the ship

Eta: there’s another video with a different angle. It appears to just be a little patrol boat not a harbor tug
