Yeah that video shows the ship was close to hitting the Oasis of the Seas. Looks like Glory would’ve hit the Oasis if she didn’t turn and hit the legend

Carnival attributed the cause of the allision to

So basically just a frick up during maneuvering. No loss of power or thrusters. Whoever was on the controls at the time probably knew he fricked up but it was too late.
I'm not sure exactly how that ship operates while maneuvering, but with 9 thrusters, it's probably in joystick control. His a-hole was probably puckered up like you couldn't even imagine. I've been there before. Not a good feeling.
