That's what happens when the dealer makes a 6 card 21 and you've split three 8s with 2 double downs.

My question is did he plan this all along? Go through all of the trouble of booking a cruise, paying for it, packing up for a week's long vacation, etc., all just to jump off and commit suicide? Or was this done after drinking all day and getting in a fight the wife or something?

I read something about Golden Gate Bridge jumpers. Apparently around 2% of them survive, and the ones that survive said they immediately regretted jumping

I was wondering the same thing about the dude in Denver, as he’s strolling across the runway and the Airbus is barreling down, in that split second did he think OH SHITE or did he just go..

Buddy is on a cruise out of New Orleans. The Liberty. A guy jumped off the ship last night.

The fatigue must have really gotten to him.

Dude might have thought he was being considerate, not making family find him and clean up after.

Why would you go through all of the trouble of booking a cruise to commit suicide? Seems like you could just take yourself out quietly at home. Sounds like this fellow wanted to make a big spectacle of the shite. All he did was frick up a bunch of people’s vacation.

Well that’s pretty terrifying thinking about how many go out that way.

For fun people should look up how much the netting that was put up on the golden gate bridge cost taxpayers. Netting that is easily climbed over to jump again.

ETA it took longer to add than it took to build the bridge in the first place and cost 7x what the original bridge cost to build ($225,000,000)

That is the most scary thing on a cruise ship. The overboard possibility.

First the guy gets sucked into a FRONTIER airlines engine, now a guy jumps from a CARNIVAL cruise boat

I mean, if I end it all I’m picking Emirates or Regent Seven Seas

You’ve obviously never been on a Carnival cruise ship.
