C'mon, we all know no one on the OT would live here because it is in California. Even though we can all afford it.

Just put the price in the OP so the OT’ers will know if they are paying cash or taking a mortgage.

God damn - I told the realtor that the wine cellar needed to be staged better. Half arse empty looking. Might have to go FSBO now.

Other than the hot tube with the view you can have it. It looks like it had the same designer as a cheap dated hotel in Alexandria.

Actually, the beach in Carmel isn't closed (today)... Lovers' Point Beach in PG is closed.

That water is cold as ice basically all year.

Hell Carmel rarely hits 80 during the year, just nice cool weather all year

Yeah, not that beach. All California beaches are public up to the high tide line with exception of private beaches. There is no private beach in the listing, only beach front is listed.

It just got to be a pain to maintain all the space when I could only spend a couple weeks out of the year.

I think it's a reasonable price point tho for the 4th home.

Just trying to get to Bernie Sanders status out here

Like I’ve always said here: you know I’m not wealthy because I don’t have a house in Carmel (or Carmel-by-the-Sea or down in LaJolla).

Damn those places are fine.
