I thought about removing intentionally but didn't. You and tigger are correct in proving intent, however the video clearly shows the guy swerving into the bike. He may not have intended on hitting them, but he obviously did.

I'd say his intentions were pretty clear when the first words when the guy told him he hit that motorcycle was "I know" followed by repeatedly saying "I don't care".
I haven't seen the video (can't watch at work)...but how does saying "I know" prove intent...or "I don't care"?
If he said "good" or "I meant to" it would mean he intended to.

Well said Napoleon. At least you are honest.

Oh I know he intentionally swerved...just not if he intended to hurt them or scare them. I do not agree with people driving like the guy in the car. I have seen vehicles do this to other vehicles...people drive like idiots. One reason why I will never ride a motorcycle.

Eye for an Eye has always been the argument for that.
Again, I would of assaulted him for that, maybe the old man would of kicked my arse, maybe I would of kicked his. I don't care. As soon as he said that, if that was my friend or family it would of been on. In my youth I threw fists for much less.
People are afraid to fight these days, fighting is trashy unless it's sanctioned. Instead everyone uses guns to solve disputes. Either their own guns, or hired guns dialing 911.

Understandable how/why you'd think that, but you still have to prove this in a court of law, and the evidence is pretty barren.

There you go again, making baseless assertions.
The old man is a horse´s rear end, but how do you know he was TRYING to kill them?

Inexcusable to do this. Even if the cyclist is a douche (he is) you cannot swerve at him.
Lawyers here? Had either rider died what can he be charged with? Can "I don't care" video be used ?

Let's be honest, it's pretty trashy even when it's sanctioned.

I didn't say anything about the video. It's coming from all the bikers posting in this thread.
I'm about the most well know biker here and while I said it would be hard to show restraint, I've never said anything about how I'd do anything to him. But like I said above, to be honest, it would be very hard to hold back if he did that to one of my brothers. Furthermore, I'm quite certain that Napoleon is not a biker. But he, like myself, understands the natural instinctive reaction to want to lash out at someone who tries to harm someone close to you. This has nothing to do with being a biker.

Would you not think about if he had actually done it on purpose? Would you ask him why he swerved? It doesn't sound like you'd do much talking, but hopefully I'm wrong.
I said repeatedly I wouldn't do anything until that first "I don't care" came out.
After that I would be triggered, and that man's body would of transformed in my eyes into my heavy bag and the next few minutes another workout.
But again this is all speculative. I would rather never ever ever hit another person ever again.
It's been hell a decade maybe since I threw a punch at a person. Plenty of shite talking in between but I do hate fighting and violence. BUT I do condone vengeance in many cases.

not a lawyer but I would think most likely charge is some type of manslaughter

I don't know. Grown ups fist fighting is pretty trashy, across the board.

No, most everyone uses frivolous litigation, not guns, to resolve disputes.

By your flawed logic, it could be said that someone shooting at another person wasn't trying to actually kill them. Rather, they just wanted to hit them with a bullet.

I'm not. I will never get on a bike ever again.
Sometimes I look at them, and want one again, that freedom. But then another friend talks me out of it.

You did say though, on page 2, that, "This dick deserved an arse beating right there on the side of the road and needs to be thrown in jail." So yeah, you might not have said that you personally would do anything to him, but you're playing up the violent culture of bikers.
