I did the LA Wallet thing but it’s still not letting me through, I can’t register for the All Pass account and the LA Wallet doesn’t do anything. How do I get through?

OP: your best bet is probably to just invest in a cheap VPN(look for deals, they always have them, or use Opera, think their's should work), set location to anywhere other than the hellhole that is Louisiana, and go on with life as usual.
