She actually was credited in episodes from 1975-1978

She only appeared in about 11 or so. 7 of those in the first season.

Their daughter Rachel, however, only appeared in 4 eps. 3 in S1 and one in S7

Good stuff. I had forgotten about the daughter altogether.

Nope. They were edged out by Peppermint Patty and Marcie...

Now I wonder who would be 2nd on the list. The Cosby couple at 89 and 80 would be a good start I think

Meredith Baxter and Michael Gross from Family Ties are both 79 (Phylicia Rashad is 78). Of course Cosby is much older. But Family Ties started in 82 before The Cosby Show in 84. So in a sense, Steven and Elyse have been a couple on TV longer than Clair and Cliff.

He & She stars real-life married couple Richard Benjamin and Paula Prentiss as Dick and Paula Hollister, a successful cartoonist and his wife, a social worker.

Notable for 2 things:

1. Paula as a working woman precursor of Mary Tyler Moore

2. The brilliant performance of Jack Cassidy as Oscar North, vain star of the superhero TV show Jetman. North was the model for the character of Ted Baxter on tMTMS (a role Cassidy was offered, but turned down)

Ernie (Jim Henson) has been gone.

As far as the OP, I was going to guess Linden/Barrie from Barney Miller without looking it up.

If MTM had lived to her birthday this year (December), she and Dick Van Dyke would be a combined 191 years old. But she's been gone.

I think Linden and Barrie's combined 190 years would be tough to beat in any era.
