Both offer valet parking and impeccable sommeliers, so it's difficult to rate one over the other.

Every IHOP I've been in is only filled with white trash meth heads.
Waffle House is a diverse and wonderful gang. A true melting pot of different cultures and classes.
And WaHo has infinitely better food and you're likely to catch some crazy/fun shite.
