I saw on twitter as Minneapolis was burning down that Target supported something that they hate (can't remember what it was) and that "they have insurance." I shite you not.

I read an article in the Minneapolis paper last weekend that the initial one was targeted because it's their test store for all kinds of loss prevention/surveillance programs and they feel they're targeted by Target because of that policy. Article also said they don't hire many people from that immediate area.
