Dumbest motherfricker posting here. Congrats

You know, I have seen people over the years call you out but this right here is one of the most idiotic statements I have seen in a while. Your ignorance on business is astonishing.
I can see why now that people call you out.

They vote with these dipshit brains too. That's what is really annoying.

They have no ideo how anything really works. They just get emotional and whine like children.

It speaks to their low maturity level and lack of knowledge.

To be an effective troll, the troll has to contain some sort of factual element to it. His statement is just stupid and coincides with all the other stupid shite he says.

Fast-food workers in the state are set to get a pay bump of close to 30% in April as the minimum wages rises from $16 to $20 an hour.

If it goes from $16 to $20 isn't that exactly a 25% increase. I guess a close to 30% bump is good enough for journalism.

It’s not even an issue here because it’s franchises but what do CEOs of comparable companies make? Did you check before unleashing your idiocy?

It does have an element of truth in that the CEO makes a lot of money. Honestly, I was just hoping he wasn't that stupid. So many trolls on here I can't keep the idiots and trolls straight.

Except for the genius that is El Gaucho. The man, if he is, in fact, a man, is an artist.

Here is the CEO of Taco Bell having a moment with a driver. Pretty nice guy.

What people need to keep in mind is that it's not just a raise for those delivery drivers. It would also then require a raise for however many people are above them in that individual restaurant.

If you're the guy who was making $20 an hour to build the pizzas and the lowly delivery driver is now making as much as you, are you going to be ok with that? No, so they need a raise. And if you're the shift manager and the pizza maker person is now making as much as you, are you going to be happy with that? Of course not, so you need a raise as well.

These idiots think they are helping when they're always the ones who are actually fricking it all up.

just a reminder that the real minimum wage is $0

No. There is no real minimum wage. What if I want to pay you to work at your company to gain experience? Then my wage would be a negative number.

Your point stands, though, that the government should stay out of it.

They are going to expedite the automation of fast food restaurants that was happening anyway. Soon, these fast food restaurants will be operating with a fraction of the employees they have today.

Congrats. Instead of 10 workers making $10, you now have 2 making $20.

I agree with c on z that businesses should not be able to decide what they sell, what they charge for it, or what they pay their employees. The government should set that for all companies. In fact, they should just own the companies so they can control it and it'll be some much more fair and equitable.

I can see it now...gray buildings and equal misery from sea to shining sea.

The ceo makes 16 million and is over 350k employees. This article isn't about him.

Let's say it is. Let's take the ceo's 16 million, which the vast majority btw isn't base comp, and divide it among the employees. That's $45 for each employee for the year. Less than a dollar a week. C on z can maybe even do the math from here.
