In before Democrats say at the moment he was shot he wasn’t pointing the gun at the cop and this was a bad shoot.

Not to be Debbie downer, but you think maybe he hit him while he was stationary and it just took him a few steps before he fell? Either way, hell of a job by the officer. My job never requires me to ride a motorcycle, talk on CB’s, or shoot firearms. His job is much more exciting than I.T.

Great job the the CHP Officer. That is an example of a well trained and conditioned cop.

From 30 yards the cop easily could have ran the opposite direction to escape the danger. Bad shoot. It isn’t his job to play judge, jury, and executioner

Should have never tried to steal the motor mans bike. The only thing they love more then themselves is their bike.

Great shot under stress.

It was like he was playing GTA in real life. Ditch the car, shoot at the cop and steal his motorcycle.

Soooo, anytime there is a violent crime being committed, the police, whose job it is to intervene in these instances, should just not get involved at all and let the criminals continue their violent ways without interruption? I mean, because it's dangerous right?

It’s a police officer’s job/responsibility to suppress danger. Great shoot. Danger permanently suppressed.

No, he very clearly seized up on the 4th shot because of the fencing response to traumatic brain injury, or he was double lunged and had a similar reaction to that shot.

That was an extremely difficult shot while the guy was mid-stride and the cop’s adrenaline levels were off the charts

Nice shooting from that officer. Well done, sir. Glad the cop was the one to go home that day.

This quote is everything wrong with society.

I wont argue, just tell me which lawyer you would have used to sue to police dept if thw cop doensnt suppreas the threat, and the guy rides up the road and kills your family in a fiery crash?
