I bought tickets on Seatgeek for this game, before Sweden won. Tickets just hit the WC app yesterday. Honestly if it weren't for the Seatgeek email detailing where to find my tickets on the fifa website I never would have. Fifas email telling me where to find them was less than vague.

impatience

Tell me again how many "rebuilds" or half-assed patchwork teams must the fans endure? In the last 15 seasons we've had 4 season over .500.

Impatience didnt just happen. Its long suffering. Its wanting more than mediocrity but still getting less than.

If you can go to the game and be more upset by the conversations behind you and not the product on the court, then you're the sorta of consumer that these types of owners love.

That was tough. The pause and still got the year wrong by a decade.
I did.

But also had Ohio St and USF. Oops.

12 team ppr

Back to back Champion in this league.

7-7 Going into the playoffs.

Final score: 172.7 - 99.6

QB - Shough (Lost Mahomes)
RB - Bijan
RB - Henry
WR - AJ Brown
WR - Nico Collins
WR - Olave
K - Pineiro
Dst - Patriots

Had the third overall pick, grabbed Bijan. Got Henry at 22. Normally a real challenging draft group, they went all in on recievers with a few questionable picks and Henry fell.

Only trade I made was selling high on Pittman (my last overall pick @166) and Bill (waiver pick up) for Nico Collins and Treyvon Henderson. This was early/mid season before the script completely flipped for these guys.
Had Bijan and Henry. Would have won with just those two and Shough only and still had points to spare.

Looks like I need to find a Shough jersey!

re: WR2: Tet / Meyers / Wilson

Id lean Wilson or Meyers. Slight to wilson. I like both of their matchups. But Meyers is contending with so many others currently. Cincy game could be a shootout.

Harrison looks to be on a snap count, he picked up a heel injury.

re: AJ Brown or Jakobi Meyers?

Yeah, thats my concern. Etienne, BTJ, Meyers, Strange, now Washington.....

re: Are ya'll starting Derrick Henry?

Posted by Witecoco on 12/27/25 at 11:36 am to
Yeah. They were solid first half of the season. Over the last 8 games its been more like 125 ypg. Minnesota and Denver were the only two teams to rush for less than 100 in that time span. Take those two games out and they've given up 137 ypg.

Henry has been solid with Lamar out. My only concern would be his snap share. But I'll take my chances.

AJ Brown or Jakobi Meyers?

Posted by Witecoco on 12/27/25 at 8:38 am
Weather has me a bit worried for Brown. Meyers is playing Indy. I like riding who got me here but weather conditions make me nervous.
Lost Mahomes. Dont trust Stroud. Rolling with Shough.

Never in all my years of playing would I have expected to put my faith in a rookie qb to hold that spot. But here we are. I will buy his jersey if I win.

Henderson or Henry?

I need one more to start along Bijan. Keep waiting for Henry to show up (will probably happen if I sit him) . Henderson has been explosive.

Thoughts?

re: Playoff Tiebreaker

Then why play h2h if overall points are all that matters in the end?

You play who's in front of you. You beat them, you have the leg up on them. Otherwise no point in h2h.

Edit to Add.

Since this is all based on the NFL, heres how they break down 3 way ties. Notice, there's no consolation given for teams missing their star players in a given week.

NFL Tiebreaker Rules

Three or More Clubs
(Note: If two clubs remain tied after one-or-more clubs are eliminated during any step, tiebreaker restarts at Step 1 of two-club format. If three clubs remain tied after a fourth club is eliminated during any step, tiebreaker restarts at Step 1 of three-club format.)

1. Head-to-head (best won-lost-tied percentage in games among the clubs).
2. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the division.
3. Best won-lost-tied percentage in common games.
4. Best won-lost-tied percentage in games played within the conference.
5. Strength of victory in all games.
6. Strength of schedule in all games.
7. Best combined ranking among conference teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
8. Best combined ranking among all teams in points scored and points allowed in all games.
9. Best net points in common games.
10. Best net points in all games.
11. Best net touchdowns in all games.
12. Coin toss

No, but they certainly do play them when their star players are injured. Bye weeks are a know metric you can plan for from the beginning. Points SHOULD NOT be your first tiebreaker. Especially in a H2H league.
