Where I’m at may outlaw gas lawn equipment. Amazing how fast the cops in San Francisco show up for that but if a homeless person shits on your lawn and passes out high on heroin they’re nowhere to be found.
What is the penalty for use?

I think the cop that came out was actually cool and didn’t ticket him. Remember the cops and such and most blue collar people out there are still not crazy liberals. Not sure what the ticket was supposed to be

A neighborhood kid and a pellet gun would take care of that if it wasn't in California

I’m ready to go down weed wacking. I’ll be god damned if I have to mow my lawn with a wimpy battery powered piece of shite.

quote:When I visit them every year the most astounding thing is the amount of deer that just wonder the neighborhoods and get hit on the highway. Don’t hold me to this but he told me more deer are killed on highways in Marin county than anywhere in America and it’s because they won’t open up any hunting
A neighborhood kid and a pellet fountain would take care of that if it wasn't in California
Hwy 101 through Marin is a bloodbath

Must be a tranny squirrel if it's randomly attacking people.

Time for CA to levy a squirrel tax.
And get yuge fees for a concealed carry permit for a tennis racket.

A tennis racket would be effective. Give him a swat in the butt and teach him to fly at the same time.

Crazy. We have about 10 squirrels that we feed with peanuts from petsmart, they walk up to you and we just toss them on the ground in front of them. Very therapeutic.

Madame Squirrel is in California?

rabies doesn't come to anyone's mind

Almost impossible for a squirrels to have rabies
Posted on 9/25/25 at 12:04 pm to lsupride87
True, when PEP (rabies post-exposure prophylaxis) is considered: public-health authorities assess the exposure. For bites from small rodents like squirrels, PEP is usually not recommended unless the animal showed neurologic/bizarre behavior or the exposure is otherwise high risk — consult local health officials.
But, a squirrel attacking people would, to me, constitute "bizarre behavior." Having been attacked by a bat with rabies, I'm fairly conservative on dealing with this type of stuff.
