Unless you live on a golf course and use it daily a golf cart will never be “worth it”
Well I live a half mile from the course in a golf course community and use it 5 days a week, so it's worth it.

About the only thing I'll spend decent money on is eyeglasses. Can't go cheap on specs.

I had a chance to buy a Rolex from a friend a while back for $2500. I didn't get it. Another friend did and then just sold it the other day for $11,000.
Oh I sold all my bitcoin when it went over $1500. I cry about that all the time. Bought at $27.

Rolex Submariner and/or Daytona. Wear it the rest of your life.

I just bought a 77” OLEd Samsung TV and I don’t regret it yet. I feel like if you’re going to go big you need to go all the way when it comes to some things
I also don’t regret getting the bigger version of my sedan instead of the cheaper smaller one. I’ve been able to help friends move things and can travel with a full car much more easily and comfortably. I was able to fit 3 full size luggages in the trunk with no issue and possibly may have been able to fit more

Conti and Michelin tires
Primo oval ceramic grill/smoker
Craftsman (from the old days) and Milwaukee tools
Higher end Macs than what I have needed, they last forever
Bendpak lift
A nice home theater setup in a dedicated room when I built my house - lot of great family movie nights in there

Similar story, in 1995 I had six oz of gold won as a corporate spiff. $400/oz at the time. I sold it all immediately at 380$ and took the cash.
Not nearly as significant as bitcoin. That would have been life changing money for you.

I’ll agree that some things are worth splurging on but it’s never gonna be a duffel bag. A phone or refrigerator would be a better investment for 99.99% of people.
