They have tiered costs based on what appetizers are available, they charge extra for the number of people at the table over 4, and the wording implies the appetizers will be slow walked to the table upon order.
Still probably won’t dissuade the cheapo community from parking there all day to get all the fries they can eat.

Yeah the best videos are going to be when they bring the first plate out and the waiter/waitress hasn't even left the table before it's gone and they are "asking" for another round.

Not requiring you to order an entree with this is not smart because poors will go in and just gorge on chips and onion rings and order a water and leave basically having eaten enough to feed a small village for $12 with tax
