The shotgun itself was like $700 - the mods I did to it were another $500 or so - not sure that's a Gucci gun. An M4 on the other hand would be a Gucci gun.

8 mass shootings with blacks involved in last two months, parade in Wisc with black guy plows thru white people killing 5 white people over 40 injured, etc. MSM media CRICKETS. Now this story in one day we already know he is WHITE suprematist and this a HATE crime.

IDK - I still don't know about the Gucci part, but it is one badass looking gun and it would wreak havoc on anyone on the business end.

Yes, because there should absolutely be a short time limit allowed for the Gov't to hold up a sale if they is no legal reason why. Also, because you really don't know the laws as well as you imagine, the FBI can keep processing the background check and if something finally comes up in another database they can go to the FFL, pull the 4473, then seek the return of that weapon.

I’ve often wondered if a doable compromise on this issue would be to disincorporate the 2nd Amendment from the 14th Amendment.
By that I mean, prior to the 14th Amendment, States were allowed to ban guns how they wished. The 2nd Amendment only applied to the Federal government.
What if we went back to that and allowed individual states their leeway on the issue. We’d probably see near universal bans in Vermont and Oregon or wherever and almost no bans in Mississippi or Alabama.
Run the experiment through and see which states come out ahead.

a 15 year old boy sleeping on the living room couch of his mother’s apartment caught a bullet in Houston last weekend. 100 rounds were fired outside the club across the street from their apartment. the apartment walls weee riddled with bullets. By all accounts the kid himself was a great student.
What about the 13 year old girl in Shreveport who caught a stray bullet to the head in her own home caused by a rolling shoot out on a near-bye street. Guess what? She lived in a nice neighborhood.
How exactly could they have “avoided” that?
this is a whole new level of pathetic deflection. “mass murders” are a fraction of the gun violence in the country. try again.

The news is incredibly predictable.
Is it crime? Only a story if it involves white people.
Is it a missing person? Only a story if it involves white people.
Overcomes personal struggle to be successful? Minority or no story.
The news is designed to reaffirm our preconceived notions so we feel right when we watch/read.
Just like with gun issues. In his manifest he mentioned illegally modding his gun. I bet the news ignores that part. They want everyone to think a gun is that dangerous right out the box. It always seems to be a trend with these shootings. The guns are usually illegally modified. They need to actually bother to enforce laws before trying to expand laws.
"The current laws don't work, we need to expand them to have further restrictions"
Or, crazy idea here, actually try enforcing the current laws. Or stop passing stupid laws you can't ever hope to enforce.
