Might need to budget for extra underwear with the atomic farts that are sure to come from that. Curried lentils are damn tasty but they can have some toxic side effects...

When I hear about people spending $2000 a month on groceries, it really makes me wonder what people are buying. I guess it's paying for convenience.

A) It's people spending $2000/mth at Walmart, $1200 of which might be on actual food items

B) Eating/drinking out is a financial disaster, albeit entertainment

C) Buying prepackaged stuff increases the costs dramatically. If you're not cooking 4+ nights per week (or eating leftovers), your cost will skyrocket.

Yep I was wrong. I'm not an OT baller, so I'm not close to being able to max out my 401(k)

Select or choice grade? I'd imagine select.
I don't think this place even sells select tbh.

I may need to look around for a local butcher that offers something similar. That's a pretty good deal on the surface.

ETA - They've got 20lb bags of honeycrisp apples for $20. That's crazy cheap.

Yeah, their gimmick is high quality meat and produce at crazy cheap prices but everything else in the store is way overpriced

Where does a family of 4 go on vacation for $6k? I spent almost that much just on plane tickets taking the family to Italy.

I'm not sure either. It's pretty easy to feed four people on less than $60 a day when you cook your own meals.

You're talking about doing it "easily" for almost half of that. Not sure why you put less than $60.

Keep in mind that lnch is dad-bodded to the highest order. He eats more than an average family.
