Just give 50 years for it. If the officer dies give him life. 50 years will be the same as life though for that guy.

Why?

Why should he be kept alive on the taxpayer dine for the next 50 years?

the fact that he’s still alive while in custody shows heroic restraint by BR law enforcement

So why is the fat frick named Gary raising hell about a woman he claims was arrested for calling police on this case?

I just saw this. Gravy is a master of deception. He conveniently left out the fact that the woman hung up the phone when the dispatcher asked where the perp was and helped hide his vehicle.

But in that fat fricks eyes, the guy was having a mental breakdown. Like he had never done this before nor had social media posts praising this type of behavior.

frick that fat big back **** piece of literal shite.

Unless (God forbid) the cop dies, I'm willing to bet this guy will be back on the streets in less than ten.

He should never, ever, be released.

He's already attempted twice.

So his antics worked.

Just another young man that the community let down. 4Cubbies is saying that with the right programs in place this man can be saved.

Votes for the policies that allow these animals to roam free.

Cheers on the animals killing innocents.

Pretends to want said animals incarcerated.

Would gleefully cheer anyone on burning down the cities if said animals were treated the way they should be treated.

Only a narcissist of the highest order could have the cognitive dissonance to allow oneself to make a comment like that knowing what they support.

A little too much credit. He can deceive his followers because they’re all functionally retarded

Oh, I agree. But he will plead down to lesser charges and he'll be out in no time.

Is extremely critical a real thing? I get the meaning but I’ve never heard it before.

I don't necessarily agree with it, but they aren't going to sentence him to death for attempted murder.

I had an overnight stay in Ascension jail in Donaldsonville a couple summers ago. Kid in the bunk next to me was 19. He had participated in a drive-by shooting and shot up a house in Bullion Crossing subdivision in Prairieville. He was charged with 2 counts of attempted 1st degree murder, aggravated criminal damage to property, illegal use of weapons, assault by drive-by shooting, and others. They were telling him that he'd be in prison until he was an old man. Read the other day that all of his charges were dismissed and the murder charge was reduced to aggravated assault with a firearm. He was sentenced to 8 years, with credit for time served, and only 4 of those years will be served in jail, the rest will be at home. He'll be out in no time. That's how the system works.

I'd hope that intentionally trying to kill a cop with your vehicle would put a little extra attention on this case, but unfortunately by the time it goes to trial most people will have forgotten it.

The guy is 41 years old. You aren't rehabilitating him.

BATON ROUGE, La. (WAFB) - A judge has ruled that a suspect accused of intentionally ramming a Baton Rouge police officer will be held without bond.

The state is moving forward with sanity because Gad Black was diagnosed with schizophrenia in the past and could be considered a danger to himself and others.

He is due back in court on September 3 for a sanity hearing.
