I feel for the everyday officer that wants to try their best and grow in this situation.
Situations like this is where you will lose talented people.
Instead of hiring someone who actually had the leadership skills or could motivate the department, they get someone that does the opposite.
I met Leduff a few times it had to go back to early 1990's when he was a corporal on the Swat team. He seems like a straight up officer to work for. Again, I never knew him beyond meeting him a few times years ago. The team seemed the gel together really well.

I post this in these threads often. For those that are tired of seeing, I apologize. But it’s a point worth making in every single one. Murphy Paul answers to SWB. SWB answers to the BR power brokers. Engquist, Lipsey, BRAC, LABI, etc. those people are apparently ok with this stuff. Keep that in mind when conducting business and voting.

Saw a pic of the last BRPD graduating class in the sAdvocate. Not one white person. He’s blackwashing the entire department. So he’s firing or trying to get every white cop to quit and not hiring any white ones. How is it possible in a city that’s what 40% white?
Why is no one asking him this or Broome during press conferences?
What’s that magic word the media loves to use, diversity…..

You mean like the woke diversity training held inside the police department’s training academy classroom that officers are required to attend while being ordered that they are not allowed to wear anything that identifies them as police officers so it doesn’t offend the “guest instructors” of said class?

Huh? This wasn't exactly a anonymous complaint. It was very specific and came from an ex-LEO or a current LEO. Its not some random Karen writing a letter.
ETA: not to mention the 4th fabricated "investigation" into the white internal affairs officer. All an attempt to install one of their own in another power position. Its mafia tactics, just with stupid people running the show
