I wonder if they're being arrested for panhandling or for more serious crimes because they got more aggressive from being allowed to panhandle.

When will they start arresting at Corporate and College right down the road? I stare at those just about every day leaving work. It’s the same people all the time so they aren’t exactly being honest on their signs - who woulda thunk it?

Houston, BR, and Nola are chock full of beggars. I’m sure many other cities are too. It’s ridiculous. It’s not legal to arrest them for merely begging but it should be legal to put them directly on a bus and exile them.

If they just get one dollar from one person at every light cycle, that's probably at least fifty bucks an hour. I'm pretty sure they get more than a dollar at a time from the suckers that give it to them.
