There's an old black man that was at Jefferson and Bluebonnet for months. He'd walk between the cars at the light with his sign. Every damn time the light turned green someone would have to stop and let him go back to the sidewalk

People need to stop giving them money. The ones at the traffic signals are fake. When you give them money, you may as well just give a random stranger money.

The worse are the ones who wear the construction safety vest and run out on the road once the traffic light turns red. They go car to car shaking their paint bucket full of nickels and dimes. They sometimes send their children on the roads to do the same thing. Little lamont and kentrell almost got ran over awhile back.

I’ve seen him wrangle them up twice at the Starbucks and take them away in his truck. The back of the truck was full of signs.. I had suspected they had a handler but never saw him until about 3-4 months ago. Black guy dressed slick wearing shades.
