Well Thursday is 4 out of seventh and means Thor's Day and doesn't have any numerical significance I don't think.
October is the 10th month, (even though it used to be the 8th and means 8)
And 8:00 is actually the 8th out of 12 hours.
So that comparison would be extremely rough
