Coffee, a fine cigar, and a topless maid bringing me my soft-boiled egg and morning paper.

I used to eat Greek yogurt and blueberries every day for bfast.

Fast forward a year later and my iron levels are extremely low. Apparently the calcium inhibits iron absorption and now I’ll be seeing a hematologist and getting iron infusions for a while.

Biscuits must be slathered in real butter and either strawberry or blackberry preserves. It’s the rules.

4 strips of bacon, 2 eggs over easy and a biscuit with grape jelly is my favorite.

I used to love waffles, but after working on the road and eating hotel lobby Texas shaped waffles day after day I'm sick of them.
