Just as many dinner options are junk food too. Literally steak and eggs is considered breakfast. Potatoes. Burritos.

Besides the title is the concept is dumb. Not the food is dumb.

I like breakfast pork chops and rice or eggs on the weekends. Hell, I’ve had hamburgers or Brisket sandwiches for breakfast. You can eat what you like.

Do you really need someone to break this down for you? There was a time in this country mostly doing the 1800s, when families had small farms and they are what was produced from the farm and they ate what was the most fresh first which included milk, eggs, etc. Milk was used to make butter and it just sort of evolved from there.

There is no rule to say you have to eat certain foods at certain times, it mostly a tradition.

Bruh, meet me at Sonic for a knuckle sandwich. Luckily for you, it's a delicacy that can be eaten for breakfast, lunch, or dinner!

What if I told you there's a restaurant that serves breakfast any time of the day or night?
What if I told you I know of several truck stops all over the southeast that have Waffle Houses adjacent/close by so I can park the rig and walk over?
The one in Lebanon MO is pretty cool because its got truck parking in their lot and a great knife outlet store next door. Ive bought a few pocket knives and several cast iron pots and pans from them.

the fact that your food options are limited to crappy food like pancakes, waffles, bacon, and so on.

Why do you conform to societal norms for what can be had for breakfast? Food is food,,, eat what you want.

I love breakfast so much I often cook it for dinner. In fact, I did just that day before yesterday.

For children maybe but as an adult I've never had that limitation. Maybe you need to talk to your mom about your options next time she's putting out your Fruity Pebbles in your Tranformers bowl.
