Why does the traffic build up here?There’s absolutely nothing blocking the road and half the time they’re not even working there. Baton Rouge drivers have trouble driving over any body of water.

Going east it’s the onramp right before the dalrymple exit. Close that onramp and a lot of the traffic is gone.
