All of these are right near I-12 and Sherwood which certainly has a rampant homeless problem. There's also a strong possibility of just regular violent crime around there too. But hood types usually don't target the homeless.

You’d think if you really wanted to eliminate your target population you’d just place bait bags of concentrated fentanyl and let nature take its course.
