Parents and brother riding it out in Sherwood Forest area. I think I’m more nervous than them!

I'm a few miles south of them but nothing too bad yet here.

Broadmoor checking in.

Lost power at 12:45, when there were barely any gusts. Winds are picking up. No generator & several trees close by, so I’m a bit nervous. Gonna be a long night.

Highland / Jefferson area checking in.
Brother in law and sister in Red Oaks who depend on me to drive them as they cannot drive anymore.
Cross fingers, but expect to be fun around midnight.

Shenandoah here, winds picking up a bit, trees are creaking- and making popping noises. Still have power.

Looking like eye will now slip between BTR and NOLA through Hammond/Denham Springs.

I am in Zachary so that little movement is huge for me.

So if slips between Nola Hammond do we get winds? I feel like the forecasting on this was a mess. Just lost electricity and internet for a brief second. Came back on. I have Demco.

Power out in Southdowns. Probably just my block as seemingly everyone else has it. Ridiculous.

My parents lost and gained their power a minute ago. It was out for 5 seconds or so.

They’re also DEMCO customers.

So far the wind adjustment has been about 10 mph lower than forecast earlier in the day

I fear our time in the dark approaches. Bocage/Towne Center area.

For about the last hour and a half or so, the power's been flickering. I can only assume that's as some of the weaker legs of the network are shorting out and the automatic switches are disconnecting them. It's not enough to reset the clocks, but it is enough to drop out my internet and cable.

I've switched over to mobile hotspot for the time being.

We’re close, and same thing here. I was hoping to get closer to 10 or so, but it’s threatening.

Same thing for Oak Hills. Not expecting to last too much longer.
