Agreed. But he wanted all of the money in a lump sum instead of monthly payments. He also didn't want to have the mitigation clause if he took another job. That was part of the contract.

Isn't Kelly the one that started all of this by filing his suit? If he had just accepted the proposed buyout when it was offered, it would have been over with weeks ago.

We found Angie Samson shortly after we moved here. Her office is in Plaquemine, but she makes house calls (at least in the Oak Hills area). It cost an extra $10 but was worth it since our dog was old and we didn't have to get him out.

She took good care of him.

I did see that the City Council asked for his resignation.
