was indicted today.
.... and now a warrant for his arrest

We dig into the arrest warrant for sitting East Baton Rouge Councilman Cleve Dunn.
Plus, now that a warrant has been issued for his arrest, what happens next with Dunn currently in Washington D.C. for Mardi Gras?
quote:
If located by authorities, a wanted individual can be arrested where they are and booked into a local jail as a fugitive, then extradited back to Baton Rouge to face charges. Another option is for the arresting agency, in this case the Louisiana Attorney General’s Office, to allow the individual to voluntarily surrender.

Please look into the $500 fee he put on all commercial property taxes in his district for so called “crime prevention” We have paid thousands and thousands into this for no reason.

…not to mention the lost time this a-hole spent scheming up all of this instead of actually doing the job of making CATS function and operate properly.

Ole Cleve saw his Somalian brethren getting away with fraud and thought he'd give it shot.
Typical democrat doing democrat things.

Cleve Dunn, Jr. is deeply involved in addressing the civic and social issues facing Baton Rouge. He is a regular presence at Baton Rouge City Council meetings and the state legislature, advocating for resources for North Baton Rouge and other underserved communities. During the Great Flood of 2016, Cleve and his friends heroically saved the lives of countless residents in the Park Forest and Monticello areas by rescuing people from their flooded homes and transporting them to shelters.
A strong advocate for increased healthcare access in North Baton Rouge, Cleve played a pivotal role in the eventual opening of an Emergency Room in the area. He has been a vocal advocate for justice, particularly in the aftermath of Alton Sterling's tragic death at the hands of the Baton Rouge Police Department.
Recently, he founded the Baton Rouge Youth Aviation Experience, designed to educate students about career opportunities in the aviation industry. This program provides students with opportunities to participate in aviation-related conferences nationwide, offering mentoring sessions, career exposure and networking opportunities with industry professionals. Cleve raises funds to cover all program costs, ensuring there are no out-of-pocket expenses for participating students.
This did not age well, but no one is surprised. You can only fake it for so long. We are who we are in this world.
Careful what you wish for, you just might get it.

This is a witch hunt from the highest levels. Cleve is a good man doing his job for the community.

It’s very expensive to attend DC Mardi Gras. No way this grifter is paying for it himself. Clean them out.

Wonder what Sharon Broomes view is on this.

The Apple Don't Fall Too Far From the Tree
quote:
BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) - The Investigators looked into the bond orders and conditions set by several district court judges and revealed what some have referred to as a "disturbing" and perhaps "shady" pattern.
quote:
The bond orders in question are from 19th Judicial District Court Judge Trudy White.
quote:
Judge White often insists defendants go through someone she's done business with in the past. She orders many of her defendants to see Cleve Dunn Sr, the owner of Rehabilitation Home Incarceration (RHI).
Dunn Sr. did work for White's re-election campaign and his son, Cleve Dunn Jr., was even at one point the chairperson of her campaign.

That story is about a decade old and she's no longer on the bench. So I doubt it. Just showing how corruption just runs through some families for generations and they game the system.

it's disgusting how many people are on social media whining about a witch hunt/racism or deflecting, I'm hoping some are just shite stirring

He is my councilman, I didn't vote for him.
That honk(y) cracker doesn't even live in my district.
Woody Jenkins is currently running a story on how the council is creating a
slush fund for each council critter on a Entergy surcharge fee that directly
funnels to them and they can spend it as they see fit. It's like $250,000.00
per council bastard. The whole lot is corrupt like what you find when you
turn over an old log in the louisiana woods.

Any arrest yet? Will he have to wear an ankle monitor?
Posted on 1/29/26 at 5:57 pm to W2NOMO
the perp is in DC for the annual Mardi Gras event vent (LOL). He will be allowed to turn n himself in when he gets back. Yes, if that were you or me we’d be in a DC jail awaiting extradition but that ain’t how it works for politicians

They should put him in prison work release. And garnish his pay to reimburse the EBR taxpayers
