Always catch it from lettuce.
Even the Buffet Tables at Work for lunch/dinner break. Even trying to "eat" healthy for years, I always catch a bad case of it.
I just avoid lettuce from here on out. For years.

This was years ago.. but I got a pre made salad from Target for lunch and.. I don't think it was food poison because I had experienced it once before that happened and this situation was only a 12-15 hr thing, but between the food poison situation and this.. There are two things I will never eat again.
