Boss hour late to work and building isn't open

What would you guys do in this situation? I'm tempted to leave but don't want to get my arse in trouble. FWIW, this is a on location for insurance.

sit in the truck and log free hours while you nap and enjoy a boss free environment... seems like a no brainer to me...

Looks like you have some time to study a useful skill and get paid while you're doing it. You know, the insurance certification study series you're working on to further your career. You are doing that, right?
