you have watched the videos, you'd know it is clearly not relevant.

Leaders encouraging the populace to get in the face and harass ice is not relevant?

Come on

This is the part that keeps being ignored. LEO creates this chaos without any justification and then that happens.

This is what these dipshits want. They think the cops should operate this.

FAFO, amirite.

So I ask again. If this is viewed as unlawful, which it sure appears to be, does a citizen actually have the legal right to interject when law enforcement illegally anssaults another ?

The underlying cause of what is happening (chaos / riots / protesting) in MN is stand down and non-support of local law enforcement with CBP / ICE. Compound this with the organization of agitators and people believing they have a right to interfere.......not a good recipe at all.

The underlying cause of this situation was a Border Patrol agent running across the street and shoving a woman who was acting lawfully. Full stop.

Seems like ICE should take a step back let shite calm down. They know the situation is volatile and dangerous. It's dangerous for them and for the idiots (who are mostly American citizens) out protesting.

I don't like seeing the protesters or ICE agents hurt and hopefully the situation calms down.

The problem is that the admin is so dug in, this would be seen as giving up/losing. Then the DEMs would proclaim victory and make it look/feel worse.

Not to a scenario where the catalyst was an agent running across the street.

The woman he shoved was not "in the face" so why would that be relevant?

If you are conceal carrying and are detained, IMMEDIATELY let the officers know for your OWN safety.
Fantastic advice.

they are people just like you and me and there is only one thing they really want: to go home alive
I don’t believe you. The first agent drastically increased his odds of not going home by yeeting people and wrestling people with no clear actionable commands.

I reject your idea there.

Better hope that holds up in court

The question is about the lady who was shoved, not the reaction to the cops acting improperly (possibly illegally)

Ok I just watched the video, this guy was a complete retard.

1. He knew he was carrying and was resisting. That alone is freaking stupid.
2. He keeps trying to stand back up and straighten his back. This MATTERS because it is clear he was conceal carrying under his shirt in the belt in the front (common carry area) and this might be why he struggled to go down (given how they were trying to detain him). Regardless of if he pulled or not, that is what a person HAS to do in order to pull a gun in that position. If he did that and the gun became visible while resisting - he’s going to get put down

This seems like another case of a LARPER who was never actually trained in carrying being killed for being an idiot.

That’s far too logical.

And you’re not an idiot for protesting, you’re an idiot for fighting with them. Protesting is a fundamental right of any free society.

These ICE clowns going to get a little FAFO of their own if they don’t chill the frick out. This is a heavily armed population. Not one I would go thugging out on at random. All it takes is a man looking to be a martyr

Not trying to be cool. I've gotten a jaywalking ticket before and now realize it's a serious crime.

American, land of the :

Law enforcement allowed to assault peacefully protesting individuals

Then, when someone stands in between law enforcement and a woman being assaulted, law enforcement can gang up on you, take your gun because you don’t need a gun, and then shoot your unarmed arse on the ground

That’s what our small government party asks for

Concealed carrying a full-size handgun with a red dot on confirms that. His family also said he didn't carry the gun around. In this case he carried the gun and additional magazines.

But of course he's just an innocent bystander getting donuts who was shot coming out of the donut shop.

I agree with this as well

Two things can be true at once

ICE moved in quickly and decisively and this moron resisted while carrying

He actually was a legally participating bystander until an ice illegally attacks a protesting citizen

And his interjection is mild at best.

Where is the communication that the man and women need ti stay down or turn around or come with us or place your arms behind your back or sir you’re under arrest?

Y’all mfers better hope body cam footage shows some of that.

If there is NEVER an attempt of communication like that, then what defense do y’all have? At that point it’s just cops fighting a guy and killing him because a couple of them are inadequate.

Nothing in that video supports or refutes your claim: We can’t hear or see exactly what caused him to be swarmed. Police don’t swarm like that unless there is an obvious trigger. I don’t know what it was and neither do you.
