During the guy resisting arrest (with 7-8 guys trying to subdue him) a gun was spotted and yelled out among the federal officers.

So by your logic they are supposed to treat him as an unarmed combatant that is peacefully protesting and NOT a guy that’s harassing them, resisting arrest, and now found to be armed with a gun and a few magazines on him?

Isn’t that what the second amendment people have been wanting this whole time? They want guns to protect themselves against the government. And when someone does that, now it’s a bad thing?

Yes when you bring a gun to confront law enforcement and obstruct them from doing the job they were legally hired to do, that's a problem. Nobody who actually carries is confused by this.
