Two things can be true

This guy shouldn’t be wrestling with LE. He also shouldn’t be shot eight times after he had his gun removed. It looked like he was just getting thrown around chaotically so I’m not even sure how good of a case there is that he was a threat.

I agree. Once law enforcement detains you everything you do from that point is used in the case against you. Best to comply. The quicker you get booked the quicker you get bonded. (Except Holyday weekends)
Resisting or even talking can get your more charges.
And if being investigated for a felony. Wait until you have a lawyer present.

ICE escalates situations. Theres no more disputing it. You cant protest peacefully in this country anymore.
