You simply do not disarm a guy by putting your own finger on the trigger, and then pull on the gun

And from the opposite angle, it looks (and sounds) like the guy got off a round before everyone unloaded on him

Assumptions sure, but we have videos.
Someone mentioned the first shot potentially being an accidental discharge, which made the shooter react and shooting him. I could see that.
Or the disarming officer calling out that he got the guy's gun and it being mistaken with he has a gun.

Those are too, not too far fetched scenarios that could justify the shooting.
The first one would be easy to prove too.
But as we stand now, this one looks rough.

But even if this cop is put on trial and found guilty of manslaughter, that doesn’t mean ICE is evil or immigration enforcement shouldn’t continue.

And if the left would stop interfering with enforcement, there would be less altercations.

I think the agent in a green shirt, dark pants, and a black beanie did the initial shooting. No one else seemed to have a gun out.

I don’t disagree but ICE has to show restraint and realize when they kill America citizens, it weakens the ultimate goal of removing illegals, especially those who are violent.

The killings are taking away from the purpose regardless of the victims.

Once you are told you are under arrest, you are considered under arrest.

You can be taken into physical custody before or after having been placed under arrest.

If you fight physical custody, you are resisting arrest.

If you grab and wrestle the arresting personnel, you have assaulted an officer.

If you try to get away, you are evading arrest.

If you have done all of these things and failed to inform the authorities that you have a handgun, you have committed a further crime.

If you try to prevent them disarming you when they are making an arrest and wrestle for control of the weapon, you are considered armed and dangerous.

If they shoot you when you have escalated from a simple arrest to being an armed and dangerous person, they were justified.

Their training is clearly insufficient. That’s coming more and more apparent but there does not appear to be any push to remedy this. They are doubling down and hiring every warm body that checks a few boxes.
