Some of yall are really sick from the culture war and need to step back to realize that we are intentionally being divided.
Last I checked it was legal to carry a gun in America.

If you were asked to make up a story 15 years ago about why the 2nd is important, the story would have gone very much like today.
The people telling those stories 15 years ago are now defending the feds.
wtf are we doing, folks? When does the rah rah red vs blue dumbassery give way to common fricking sense? This shite is indefensible.
Defending the feds =/= not assuming your assumptions are fact

+1 I'm all for getting immigration under control, but this is madness
the madness is only there because the left is organizing protests to stop the people getting immigration under control.
these incidents would stop if
1) ICE would leave
2) citizens would stop harassing ICE
why is only number 1 the option?

This has nothing to do with the second amendment. You don’t have a right under the constitution to interfere in law enforcement activities or to resist arrest.

It’s mind blowing to see “he was armed!” from those who support the second amendment. Pick and choose when being armed means one should die.

I think you need to read up on this story or watch the three angles from the shooting. You either haven't watched it, or are acting dumb.
The answer to your last question is 1) watch the video 2) the suspect's gun matching what he's holding (maybe they carried the same thing 3)body language. It's pretty clear that's the suspect's gun.
You criticize people analyzing the video, hoever you have no problem saying, out of your arse I must add, that "he probably pulled a gun and was shot." weird
We're all making assumptions here, no one actually knows anything

3) democrats turn over illegal aliens at the jail instead of releasing them back on the streets
But let’s be honest…. Democrats are the root cause of this issue. They allowed an invasion at our border for 4 years.

The protestor had a right to own a gun. No one is saying otherwise. His right to be armed doesn’t mean he then gets to reach for a gun while being arrested.

everyone scatters, and shooting starts.
this isn't what happens. the only guy running before the shots is the guy that runs away with the gun. here is the moment at 1:01 of the video. noone else is scattering when that shot is fired.

Here's a new angle. He was protecting two women that the Gastapo were pushing. He stepped in, got immediately sprayed by a Ice. Pinned to the ground, beaten in the head by a mace can and then shot multiple times. His hands were out in front and on the ground.

if Walz and Frey are so worried about the safety of the citizens of Minneapolis St. Paul, then why don’t they send sheriff and Minneapolis PD to protect the people of Minneapolis in these encounters?
In other words, why are Ice out there on their own dealing with the citizens of Minneapolis? It seems to me walz and Frey have their priorities backwards. If Ice is such a awful federal agency, then why aren’t they protecting the people and keeping them away from Ice?
These Minnesota politicians don’t have the authority to make Ice leave, but they definitely have the authority to protect their own citizens.

Where do you have evidence of him reaching? All I’ve seen is the gun being removed and the agent then removing his gun and killing him.

Absolutely.
We have some folks here just assuming that he had been disarmed and then using that assumption as fact in their argument.
If that is, indeed, a fact, then I agree with them. But it's all just speculation right now.

He was getting his arse kicked by seven agents. Is that resisting arrest?
