Small govt doesn’t mean that you ignore enforcing the laws you have. Our forefathers built into the constitution the possibility of dealing with insurrection as well as making immigration a federal power with federal laws over immigration being the supreme laws of the land. The balaclavas are only being used to protect the officers and their families from the violent and harassing left. Control your ilk and support the rule of law, and the face coverings will go away.

Minneapolis PD identified the victim and said he had a right to carry and was a lawful gun owner. He was disarmed an then shot. The officer fricked up under pressure. It’s plain and simple. Yes the guy shouldn’t have put himself in the altercation but the officer should be trained to handle high-pressure altercations.

A man exercising his 2nd amendment right was murdered by federal agents for exercising his 2nd amendment right.
If you were asked to make up a story 15 years ago about why the 2nd is important, the story would have gone very much like today.

That’s not at all accurate. The protesters are actively interfering in deportation removals. The individual who was shot was armed with a handgun. This appears to be an objectively reasonable use of deadly force under the circumstances. As they say, FAFO.

He tried helping a lady getting pepper sprayed. They threw him to the ground, beat him up and then shot him. It’s plain as day. I don’t care about anyone’s politics on this. That’s not right and shouldn’t be happening in our country

Even if legal, having a firearm on you raises the stakes. If officers are detaining you, resisting while armed is incredibly stupid and could cost you your life. Yes, the cop might end up prosecuted for being wrong, but it doesn’t make the cop evil, ICE evil, or the victim any less of an idiot

I think you need to read up on this story or watch the three angles from the shooting. You either haven't watched it, or are acting dumb.
The answer to your last question is 1) watch the video 2) the suspect's gun matching what he's holding (maybe they carried the same thing 3)body language. It's pretty clear that's the suspect's gun.
