Removed weapon from holster/waistband
A weapon known to have issues with uncommanded discharges.

So why’d he shoot?
Maybe the initial shot was from Pretti's gun, the other agent would have no idea, in the moment with everything else going on, that Pretti didn't discharge the weapon himself. That makes it very likely that this was simply a tragedy in the making, the agent will be found to have acted appropriately in the totality of the circumstances.
Why did Pretti bring a concealed gun without permit or identification?

Your specific comment and my response was about stoking the flames. So you're saying that only the White House can do that?
My comment was about the admin (meaning the presidential admin) stoking the flames.
There’s a cultural problem in America right now and it’s the widening divide in values/wealth/politics. It’s going to get worse, especially once the debt crisis reaches a head. 1 governor out of 50 is not in position to fix that, the president is.

Dude
READ the sourcing in the original posts you responded to
He’s referencing a Rasmussen poll
Here’s another one with a link to their website:
Also, note the date - it’s before the American citizen caught a bullet to the back of the head yesterday

We probably should just disband ICE and open the borders.

Whoever pays the most and allows them the freedom to cause the most chaos and destruction.
There's a reason why most of these groups are either affiliated with communist/socialist organizations, or are outright members of those groups. Just read the signs. It's not like they're hiding it.
The issue is never the issue. The issue is the Revolution.

Totally plausible for a guy on his all fours to remove a weapon and fire it without the guy standing over him realizing it
Totally
Also no communication or responsibility of the arresting squad to make the presence and location of a weapon that they themselves seized known
Nope, just hear a shot and start unloading
Goddam what a pathetic little worm one must be to excuse this
