Claims the student took her phone and sent texts to himself from her phone. After reading them, I believe her. They sound very similar, honestly. Not guilty, clearly.

If she didn’t send the text messages why was she so upset and said she was going to throw up in the back of the car? She was so upset bc she knew she had been busted. An innocent person would laugh it off knowing there was a mix up.

Yes we are watering down this term. Sexually abusing a small confused child who doesnt even know what sex is....is an infinitely greater crime than a sexually mature 15 year old boy. Both are crimes, but they are not the same crime
