OT MENSA members will be here soon to let you know this wasn't real and clearly he did not mean to. If anyone died then it was their fault for being in the wrong place at the wrong time. You are also a racist for noticing the demographics of the perp.

What did he throw into the water after the cop got to him? A gun?

ETA: he's lucky the cop didn't light him up when he stood up, turned his back to him and put his hand in his pants and pulled it out to throw whatever that was over the bridge.

Body cams have been the most amazingly curious devices. They were insisted upon because of one specific narrative. Meanwhile what they've done is take that narrative and tossed it into a meat grinder.

Now everyone gets to see how truly awful most of the people are that the police have to deal with on a daily basis.

Is there a limitation on how old of stuff you can post or something? Not like OP said it just happened.

yup.

and the same people advocating for them to be nationwide policy, now 10 years later, want them outlawed. how convenient.

I don't understand why the cop didn't immediately handcuff him when he sat down. He also let him turn his back to the officer and reach into his pants for something. Maybe a LEO can chime in but it seems like letting the guy get up and turn his back could've gone south very quickly. I may be ignorant to arresting procedures and maybe since the officer was alone, you hold him at gunpoint until backup arrives? Just seems super risky to let him get up and reach like that.

don't be disingenuous. even bunchie would admit he wouldn't have posted it knowing the date it happened.

Why didn’t the cop shoot him when he defied the order to get on the ground, and he turned around and reached into his waistline and threw a gun into the water.

Soon as he reached into his waistline the cop should have lit his arse up

Supposedly, the cops said it was a wallet but the point remains, that's incredibly dangerous to let a violent criminal stand up and turn his back to you and also let him reach into a waistband.

“Community Leaders” demanded police wear bodycams to prove how racist police were. As soon as they saw the footage, the same people demanded a ban on bodycams. Because they're racist,

So did anybody ever try to locate the guy who got thrown off the bridge?

Nobody in that video seemed to have the slightest interest in what happened to him.
