The proportions of 1,5, 7, 9 and 10 are all fine (although 5 and 10 are tall, yo) - and 8 has it going on, so it is an exaggeration to suggest these gals are all fat.
Only 2 (and she's just doughy and top heavy), 3, 4 and 6 should even be encouraged to make significant changes - and even then, those girls' frames are big, so they're never going to be tiny, even under ideal circumstances.
Heck, I probably only pass on 3 and 6.
So,
8, 1, 9, 7, 10, 5, 2, 4, 6, 3
