When they release some of these homeless people from the hospital they wander around on Essen. I heard of one about a month ago walking down the median in front of United Plaza in a hospital gown open to the back.

My office was on One Calais Ave across from OLOL for the last six years up until last month. Ever since they became the Charity, shite has been ooc. Had a drug bust with BRPD Narcotics in my parking lot, a burglary, a armed robbery and homeless people / beggars galore. Moved away last month and haven’t seen a crack addict in 30 days. Awesome.
