I've seen a Lt Col with a line number to full Colonel get her promotion cancelled because she keyed a car that had parked illegally.
It's amazing how some people are so entitled.
I'm retired AF and I can tell you that if I were her commander, her career would be over. There are more than a few who have first-hand experience in that from me.

Saw this about 3 months ago. Was wondering if she would get any real punishment.
But compared to some other drunk body cams, she was an officer and a gentle woman.

Yep. It shouldn't matter who she was. Anyone who tries to wage a court battle (or worse) on the side of the highway with a police officer isn't making a wise decision.

Don't have to roll your window all the way down in most jurisdictions, but you do have to provide the documents upon request. Police do not have to give you verbal confirmation of why you are being pulled over, nor do they have to provide you proof on the roadside. They also may order you out of the vehicle at any time and you must comply.

They want this to happen to prove that all law enforcement are fascists and that is what Trump stands for. They will gladly go to jail and get roughed up and risk their life to prove this point they so desperately want to prove for social justice. Of course, logic dictates that 100% of what happens when these things go south happen because the person acts the fool and 100% of the time they escalate what would be a ticket or less into a felony and handcuffs and being thrown on the ground. All their fault, but none of the progressives will ever see it that way and they will call you a bootlicker.
