Obviously a clean shot. Lawyers lied their arse off about virtually everything that happened from start to finish.
He fought, stole the taser, turned around and appeared to fire (or attempt to fire it) at police.
About as justified as police can get.

What do you expect? Multiple people watched and filmed the incident. There are quality videos from multiple angles. Yet, the people who scream for immediate release of video in these shootings, don't care that all of the videos show this was a clean shooting.
They don't care. The lawyers don't care. The mayor doesn't care. No one cares. And that completely undermines every thing they say they are "protesting" for.

He knew the knee to the neck was coming. Trying to escape was self preservation. The officers should have let him go and got a helicopter to follow him to his house.

I don’t get it. The guy was super cooperative until he was being cuffed. His actions at that point don’t line up with his actions prior.
