I told this story in the other thread, but I had something like that happen to me, but luckily, my head is so hard that I just bounced off the floor.

I think you meant "too low". Usually they pass out when the BP gets too low.

I’m sure the people at the front desk were on a smoke break, the security guard was sleeping and, somehow the security cameras were malfunctioning..

Sound familiar?

Even then, how do you fall so hard that you crack your skull on 3 sides and are still able to get up and go get in bed? The neurosurgeons mentioned in the article said it looks more like something you'd see in an ejection from a car crash. The dude hit his head THAT hard?

That was exactly what happened to me - when I went to ER to get stitched up my BP was still lower than I've ever seen it. Never felt dizzy or lightheaded - it was just one minute I was walking through the bathroom and the next I was on the floor with blood gushing out of both sides of my head. I hit both sides of my head too - once on a wall corner (that ripped my scalp off) and the second time on the metal runner for the shower door (that gave me a couple nice cuts on the forehead and ripped off part of an eyebrow).

Same. If I get up too fast, I’ll get a head rush anywhere from minimal to the point where I’ve passed out twice. Woke up once and my head hurt because I hit my head on a doorknob.

Doesn’t happen often but it’s happened before.

He was taking benzos and Trazodone. He wasn't murdered but the drugs he was on suggest old school meds for depression and anxiety. He was a very unhappy man.

"Some neurosurgeons said that it would be unusual for a typical fall to cause Mr. Saget’s set of fractures — to the back, the right side and the front of his skull. Those doctors said that the injuries appeared more reminiscent of ones suffered by people who fall from a considerable height or get thrown from their seat in a car crash."

So- he hit his head hard enough to fracture it in multiple places, but (at least according to what I inferred from the initial reports) there were no significant cuts/bleeding? That is very unusual for a head injury of that severity. Weird situation all around.

Seems very odd that your head could have that much trauma but not have any breaking of the skin

Are you implying he committed suicide by somehow smashing his own head?
