You have to have a history of violence for a threat to be taken seriously?
Did the gunmen in all the other mass shootings have histories of violence?
I have no history of violent behavior, so based on your criteria I can make detailed threats to murder people with no consequences????

I'm sick of this narrative. In the past two months I've found two little old black ladies on the side of the street that were run out of gas.
I have no idea how many black men passed them by but I do know that it was a white man that did stop and help them both and even gave one of them free gas.
As a side note, one was especially thankful and the other made me feel like she deserved my help and no thanks was needed. I didn't care either way because I felt good about helping.
This white devil isn't going to change and won't stop helping people because BLM idiots exist though.

God help the kids on that campus. No shot I'd go to any class without a pistol and I'd make sure to be seated were I could see him before he sees me though the door

The guy in question is facing a felony charge as a matter of fact, but theoretically, yes, you can make violent threats of varying detail and not end up being convicted of a crime.

1) You are not calling out racism. You are defending the racism that justifies the unequal treatment of two individuals by the justice system based on their race.
You are in fact defending racist practices.
2) the whole argument that this threat was not serious because this guy did not have access to a weapon bellies the left's argument for gun control; ie, that guns are everywhere and so easy to obtain that we need legislation regulating their availability.

Except that several and most who have threatened to kill Obama did not do jail time. Truth. But does not fit the narrative of many here. Please downvote this truth.
