The same thing happens at essence festival in New Orleans. Some restaurants close for a week because they have so many issues with food cost. They say that more than half of the orders get wasted when they send back food and lot of people walking out on the tab.

I'm glad that shite stays in Biloxi and doesn't carry over into Bay St.Louis. I had to bring the boat to the shop in Biloxi one year during BSB and it was a fricking madhouse
